TricorBraun Design is made up of several highly skilled and productive designers and a graphic artist, and a studio with the latest high-tech equipment. There are Macintosh and Windows PCs with high resolution output capabilities, a Silicon Graphics 3D workstation with 250MB of RAM equipped with PRO-Engineer software for photo-realistic 3D rendering and package design. The most recent addition is a Fused Deposition Modeling machine which can form an actual hollow part within hours.
The Engineering portion was officially formed in November 2003 by partnering with Cal-West Tool & Die and then further integrated by its purchase by TricorBraun in August of 2005. With its experienced engineers on staff, TricorBraun Engineering provides quality extrusion blow molds quickly, as well as quality assurance for molds purchased from other mold manufacturers.
