The engineering group provides technical guidance and assistance while assisting customers and suppliers in tools and part qualification programs. They review existing parts for correct function and fit plus recommend corrections if needed. The group helps with filling line problems, fillers, cappers and conveyors and establishes dimensional tolerances. They also provide general problem solving, including drawing analysis and laboratory testing and review specifications, identify and resolve differences.
